Dx&Vx announced on the 20th that they received the Presidential Award from the Korea International Trade Association at the 'Exemplary Export Company in Childbirth and Parenting' awards ceremony.
The Exemplary Export Company in Childbirth and Parenting award is organized by the Korea Trade Association and the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy. It is established to identify cases where a company's support for childbirth and parenting contributes to business performance and the creation of export achievements.
Dx&Vx recommends applying for all pregnancy-related leave based on the Labor Standards Act and provides various support measures to facilitate adaptation to the workplace even after returning.
These include △ parental leave △ shortened working hours for childcare △ maternity leave before and after childbirth △ spouse childbirth leave △ childbirth encouragement funds △ flexible working hours and staggered commuting △ family care leave △ support for family health checkups △ active use of annual leave, among other programs designed and implemented to support the birth and upbringing of children.
A representative from Dx&Vx stated, "We are making efforts to provide an environment where our employees can work comfortably without the burden of childbirth and parenting through our support programs. We will continue our efforts not only in childbirth and parenting but also through the maternal health project pursued by our company and the Coree Group, aiming to reduce the burden on all moms and dads in caring for their children."
